EU SALES AND REFUND POLICY
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Era of Enlightenment. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re of the highest quality and inhabit the greatest power to awaken the kundalini and it’s development. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging within 15 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. For returns to our shop in Maarssen for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over 300 euro’s, Era of Enlightenment will wire transfer the amount to you within 10 business days. Should you wish to return a generator or system, you must return this to the Era of Enlightenment Store where it was originally purchased. In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Era of Enlightenment will offer you an Era of Enlightenment Gift Card. Broken crystals cannot be returned if it is clear that the damage is caused by dropping or hitting the crystals on a hard surface, by accident or otherwise. We will make exceptions on an individual case, but please contact us for this.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Era of Enlightenment: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Era of Enlightenment, either online or at our Maarssen Store, can be returned to Era of Enlightenment. Era of Enlightenment products purchased through other retailers / resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the protective casing originally used or at least make a great effort to repack such that the crystal will not be damaged.
How to Return An Item
SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK TO ERA OF ENLIGHTENMENT To return an item to Era of Enlightenment, write us an email about what happened and the reason for return. Make a copy of this email with our answer and include this copy in the return package. Package the crystal or system carefully in the original package or if not available make a good effort to protect the crystal or system from damage during transport back to Era of Enlightenment. You can also drop your package of at our home store in Maarssen.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request via email. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Products purchased from the Kundalini-tools Online Store using an Era of Enlightenment Store Gift Card will be refunded to you as an Era of Enlightenment Store Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you an Era of Enlightenment Store Gift Card, let us know by phone or email.
EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If you purchased your item from Era of Enlightenment, you can take it to our home store in Maarssen for exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It’s a good idea to check in-stock availability by calling Era of Enlightenment, or by viewing the product on the www.kundalini-tools.com website to see if the item is available for pick up. Items ordered online from Era of Enlightenment that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to Era of Enlightenment without question. Please do inform us via email about this.
ADDITIONAL ERA OF ENLIGHTENMENT PRODUCT TERMS
The purchase and use of Era of Enlightenment products are subject to additional terms and conditions found at our legal page. Making unauthorized modifications to our products violates the Era of Enlightenment license agreement. All warranty for refund will expire if modifications have been made. Off course adding crystals or rearranging crystals from EoE do not fall under modifying the product.
PRICING AND PRICE REDUCTIONS/CORRECTIONS
Era of Enlightenment reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Era of Enlightenment Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in an Era of Enlightenment Retail Store or reseller, please call or write us and we will take corrective measures and ask the seller to refund the difference. Should Era of Enlightenment reduce its price on any Era of Enlightenment product within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit our Era of Enlightenment Store in Maarssen or contact Era of Enlightenment at 0031346284589 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Era of Enlightenment within 15 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events. Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection. Prices shown are in Euro’s. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Era of Enlightenment may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Era of Enlightenment may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Era of Enlightenment’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Era of Enlightenment Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Era of Enlightenment cancels an order after you have already been billed, Era of Enlightenment will refund the billed amount.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please review the Shipping & Pickup page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the Era of Enlightenment Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Era of Enlightenment’s control once it leaves our facilities, Era of Enlightenment cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
IN-STORE PICKUP AND RETURN
Era of Enlightenment offers in-store pickup in Maarssen for many of the items available on this website. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. If you don’t pick up your order, Era of Enlightenment may cancel it.
If you use in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. The third party if not known by us, will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Era of Enlightenment is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
The Era of Enlightenment Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Era of Enlightenment may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re putting them together as fast as we can, but with natural crystals especially apatite, this limits the supply. Era of Enlightenment reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Era of Enlightenment confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Era of Enlightenment will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
